This quote has popped up every day on my phone since August 2023. I wasn’t happy with the person I was becoming. I was slightly overweight, unhappy with how much I was drinking, and lacked the energy to fully enjoy the things I wanted to do in life. I asked myself a serious question: What do I want from life, and where do I want to be in 10 years? It became clear that the life I was leading wasn’t aligned with the future I pictured for myself.

It was time to make a change!

I signed up for a course to become a lifestyle coach and began making healthier choices. The most impactful change was to stop drinking alcohol. Once I did that, everything else fell into place. I started eating healthier, lost weight, slept better, gained more energy, and saw a major improvement in my mental health.

If you’re struggling with similar issues, I hope this website inspires you to take that first step toward change and becoming the person you truly want to be. It doesn’t matter what changes you choose to make—just start, build new habits, and work toward a healthier, happier you.

Trust me, it will be worth it!

In my future blogs, I’ll share more about my journey and experiences, but this website will cover much more than just quitting drinking. It will be about food, exercise, habit change, and everything else related to living a happier, healthier life.
